Frequently Asked Questions
Q : When will the web site be fully up and running?
A: I have been working towards this site, and the development of my own customised, Seaglass jewellery , while still time
slicing at being a wife, mother ,working, and running a home, and of course spending hours harvesting the sea glass designing
the jewellery drilling assembly and uploading to the web site for several weeks, and are thrilled that the end is finally on the horizon. In the meantime, please feel free to browse for a glimpse of what's to come.
Q: Where can I purchase your Jewellery?
A: This website is my catalogue I do not sell on eBay because of the time it takes to create the jewellery, every piece is displayed
only on my website, as time goes by I may start displaying my jewellery in other outlets, if this happens I will provide updates.
Q: If I liked a piece of Jewellery that has been sold could you create a copy?
A: With regard to the sea glass because every single piece is genuine and not artificial the process of mimicking the forces of
nature cannot exactly be duplicated. So it would be impossible for me to make a exact copy. I try to make every piece as a "one off"
yes there will be some similarities to say a bracelet made from pure seaglass but I never make two pieces the same shape and colour.
Q: Do you use only authentic sea glass?
A: Yes 100% because I collect the sea glass that goes into what I produce I know it's authentic.
Q: Where does your sea glass come from?
A: Local beaches in the North east of England I work from Embelton Bay in the North down to Saltburn in the South giving me a total of 25 beach locations to search for Sea Glass and other artefacts. Resulting in a vast variety of Sea Glass from which I make my Jewellery
Q: How can I bring out the lovely colours out?
A: Well I have tried Lavender oil which does wash off, however the more you handle the sea glass over time the oils from your hands will make the colours show more.
Q: Why is there not a large selection of jewellery on your site?
A: As time goes by I will be placing more items up for sale please take the time to revisit my site. All my jewellery is made as
"one off's" Because each piece of sea glass has its own colour, shape and size. The
end result is unique -
